Release Unconscious Patterns

Step Into a New Way of Being

Embodied Transformation for Individuals & Teams

Ready to Feel Whole Again

Two women are lying on yoga mats, practicing a breathing or relaxation exercise with their knees bent and hands on their stomachs. A woman standing nearby is demonstrating or guiding the exercise, with her hand over her chest. The setting is a bright room with white wooden walls, a potted plant, and a large window.

What is Hypno-Breathwork?

Hypno-Breathwork combines conscious breathing techniques and guided imagery to help calm the nervous system and access the deeper layers beneath the thinking mind. When the body feels safe enough to soften, the emotions, beliefs, and patterns you’ve been carrying, often without realizing it, can finally come to the surface. This work helps uncover the subconscious and emotional patterns keeping you stuck so powerful shifts can happen from the inside out.

What’s a session like?

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and typically held virtually, though future sessions can be extended to 90 minutes for deeper work. Together, we explore what matters most to you using guided reflection, grounding, and gentle body-centered practices to support emotional processing and insight. Depending on your goals, our work may include elements of inner child healing, shadow work, past-life regression, and other elements to help uncover and release patterns held in the subconscious. Unlike stage hypnosis, you remain fully aware and in control throughout the experience; actively engaged in each step of the process.

Will I get emotional?

Emotions naturally want to move through the body, but many of us have learned to push them down or hold them in. Hypno-Breathwork provides a confidential, safe space for those trapped feelings to surface and be released. Whether it’s sadness, anger, fear, or even joy, these emotions often come up to be fully felt and processed, or sometimes they shift quietly within you, and that, too, is normal.

“Breath is the power behind all things”

Meet Donna Gabriel, PhD

I guide people to access and release deeply ingrained unconscious patterns and beliefs that keep them stuck in stress, over-functioning, and disconnected.

My work blends Hypno-Breathwork with somatic practices, helping people reconnect with their emotions, their bodies, and what truly matters to them — a discovery that profoundly transformed my own life.

My journey into Hypno-Breathwork grew from my life as a high achiever, navigating burnout while leading a demanding career, raising children and caring for my parents through serious illness and loss.  Both my PhD in Mind–Body Medicine and my work in Hypno-Breathwork showed me how patterns that are formed early in life often shape how we navigate stress, how we relate to others, and how we show up in the world. Hypno-Breathwork ultimately showed me how these deeply ingrained patterns can be accessed and transformed.
