  • Based on what you’d like to work on during our time together (stress, anxiety, grief, anger, etc.), I will guide you through specific breathing exercises, guided imagery, grounding exercises, inner child healing, and other somatic processes. The combination of these practices supports access to subconscious patterns, emotions, or insights, allowing for a powerful release of deeply ingrained, unhealthy patterns held within the body and subconscious. This release is often accompanied by noticeable energetic shifts, as the system recalibrates toward greater balance and freedom.

  • You are completely in control of yourself and your surroundings during the session. I am not using what people commonly think of as hypnosis (e.g., I can’t make you bark like a dog). I will be speaking to you, guiding you, and asking questions during the session to ensure you get the most out of our time, but you have total autonomy in your decisions. 

  • Emotions naturally want to move through the body, rather than remain trapped or suppressed as we are often conditioned to do. In Hypno-Breathwork, the breath creates a safe pathway for that movement, which can be a healing process. You may feel emotions such as sadness, anger, or fear as they move through, or experiences of joy, peace, or lightness. Every session is unique, and some people may not feel strong emotions, which is also completely normal. Sessions are confidential and not recorded, so you can safely express whatever arises with empathy and compassion.

  • I encourage you to find the most comfortable position for you. Sessions are done virtually via Zoom so most people sit in a comfortable position, but some lie down. Depending on where the session takes us, you may also find yourself wanting to move your body in some way. There is no right or wrong.

  • Due to the potential for big emotional and energetic work and releases, I highly recommend taking some time and space after your session (at least an hour if possible) to decompress before going directly back into work or high stress situations.

  • Hypno-Breathwork services are offered on a self-pay basis and are not billed through insurance.

  • I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional and Hypno-Breathwork should not be a substitute for medical or mental healthcare.
